Kristine has over a decade of extraordinary development of quality management systems by successfully melding production, management, service, quality and engineering. She has provided leadership to get her client’s ISO and TS/QS systems certified on the first attempt every time.  Her work as a Lean facilitator and developer brings the same style of efficiency, expertise and excellence. In every area her focus is on transferring confidence and competence so that you can carry on without us. 

Her work has covered a wide range of companies, public, private and not-for- profit.  She demonstrates a  “know how” in building systems that will be invaluable over the years. Flexibility and improvement are trademarks of her thorough yet rapid approach. She brings a first-hand, practical, up-to-date knowledge to each development project.

She has served as Chairman of the Board for a large not-for-profit organization and is just as at home in the boardroom as on the factory floor. She brings her business sense to provide sensible, effective solutions to your systems.

In addition, she has over 20 years of facilitation, training, and process & systems development and comes to you with experience, insights, innovation, humor, and excellent skills to get your people up to speed on Lean and/or QMS systems faster than anyone in the industry.

Kristine is also an exceptional RAB certified Lead Auditor with numerous audits performed in may different organizations.
